Gretchen Crawford is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in urgent care, critical care, and primary care. She holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing from Northern Arizona University and a Post-Master’s Certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Phoenix. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Latin American Studies from the University of South Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha.

Gretchen is certified by the American College of Rheumatology and is an active member of both the American College of Rheumatology and the Rheumatology Advanced Practice Providers organization.

Her passion centers on patient education, improving access to care, and enhancing quality of life for individuals managing rheumatic disease, in alignment with the clinical practices of Dr. Ulker Tok, MD.

Gretchen has extensive experience as an RN in Critical Care, Dialysis, Women’s Health, and Psychiatric Services, and has also held leadership roles in acute care settings.

As a Nurse Practitioner, her work includes Women in Rheumatology, Border Medicine, and Urgent Care across the lifespan. She is proud to be part of the NW Rheumatology team and looks forward to collaborating with patients to achieve their healthcare goals.
